I am the Talent Acquisition & Business Development Manager at REMAX Isla Blanca, where I focus on attracting new talent and contributing to the ongoing growth of REMAX Isla Blanca in Ibiza.

Having previously combined recruitment with my role as sales director, I now devote all my time to helping estate agents build successful careers within our team. With over a decade’s experience in recruitment, coaching, training, sales and marketing, I am passionate about people, communication and building strong professional relationships across different cultures.

Speaking Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese and conversational French allows me to connect easily with international professionals and clients from diverse backgrounds. I am proud to be part of the REMAX Isla Blanca team and am excited to contribute to the future growth and success of our company.
